Simple operation
IS series also called Impulse Sealer is a Simple foot operation closes the sealing jaws pneumatically. The bands are heated to set temperature by applying electric current. The temperature is maintained for the sealing time. After the heating time the cooling time starts. The jaws are open after the cooling time is complete. Within seconds you get a strong, even repeatable seal.
Adjustable Sealing height
The Sealing head is mounted on a adjustable height pedestal. The height of the seal can be easily adjusted through manually operated handle

Negligible heating up or cooling down times as the bands are not heated continuously.

Lower Power consumption as electrical energy is required only during the heating phase of the sealing cycle. No current is fed to the heat sealing band during the cooling phase.
