Operation: Operator is require to feed the bag into the continuous band sealer machine. Filled bags shift along on a motor-powered conveyor belt. The continuous band sealer machine guides the upper portion of each bag via the sealing process by PTFE Or Teflon bands.
It can seal any thermoplastic material including polyethylene, polypropylene and laminations with foils.These continuous band sealers are useful for laminated BOPP, LDPE, HDPE, PP bags. Vertical band sealers are the ideal choice for products packaged in bags that can be sealed in an upright position.
